3. Registration and Enrollment

3.1 Course Registration

To enroll in our courses, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Pay applicable fees in full

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Course Fees

Course fees are due in full at the time of registration unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in writing.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 days before course start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before course start date
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of course start
  • No refund after course commencement

5. Course Attendance and Conduct

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course success. Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to receive course completion certification.

5.2 Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive punctually for all sessions
  • Participate respectfully in all activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal sharing
  • Follow instructor guidance and feedback
  • Use course materials responsibly

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including handouts, recordings, and resources, are the property of Paonearche and are protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Permitted Use

Course materials may be used for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles. Course discussions and personal sharing remain confidential among participants.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paonearche's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Personal or professional outcomes from course participation
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Actions or omissions of third parties

9. Force Majeure

Paonearche is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.

10. Course Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content and schedules with reasonable notice
  • Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Substitute instructors when necessary
  • Change course locations with appropriate notice

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other participants or our business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
